CBOT was on the stage at the Digital Transformation Summit!

CBOT’s CMO, Çiler Ay, talked about how CBOT plays a critical role in the digital transformation of institutions at the event, which was held with the highest level of representation of companies from different sectors.

CEOs and senior executives of leading institutions from different sectors attended the “Digital Transformation Summit” held by Fast Company on November 8, 2022 in Wyndham Grand Levent. CBOT was a sponsor for the summit.  At the summit, the perspectives that the companies should evaluate the concept of digital transformation, the role of technology and human factors in the transformation, the challenges and the approaches to overcome them were discussed by the speakers.

Our CMO Çiler Ay mentioned that data management and AI technologies have a very important role in the digital transformation of companies. Emphasizing that automating customer or employee interactions with AI-based virtual assistants is critical for both company efficiency and improving the experience, Ay said that text and voice-based virtual assistants, which are expected to grow rapidly globally, are important in the agenda of all companies and public institutions that have prioritized digital transformation.
