CBOT was on the stage at 9th Customer Service & Experience Summit!

CBOT, delivered a speech to customer service and experience managers about how AI is transforming these two fields

 

 

Customer service and experience managers representing more than 70 organizations from different sectors participated at the summit that is held at Sait Halim Paşa House as the 13th edition by Nice Medya. At the summit, which was held face-to-face again this year after a long break, various presentations and discussions took place on the challenges that customer service and experience fields are facing and the innovative solutions as well as the future insights that will shape this domain in the upcoming years.

 

Our CMO, Çiler Ay talked about how artificial intelligence technologies and virtual assistants transform the customer service and experience area, what kind of service models will dominate the field in the future, how a virtual assistant can create value in this fields and what should managers consider while deploying a virtual assistant for their companies. CBOT’s presentation, provided the participants significant insights that can be considered while improving their existing virtual assistants or deploying new ones.
